Why did my Anghami Plus subscription stop on Virgin Mobile UAE?

If you're subscribed to Anghami Plus through Virgin Mobile UAE and notice that your subscription has suddenly stopped, don’t worry—it can happen due to a temporary sync issue between Virgin Mobile and Anghami.

To reactivate your subscription:

  1. Open the Virgin Mobile UAE app.

  2. Go to the Anghami Plus section.

  3. Tap Deactivate to turn off the service.

  4. Then, tap Activate again to re-enable it.

This quick refresh will restore your Anghami Plus access.
