Terms and Conditions for Participation in the "Moja” Program (Season 2):
1. Eligibility:
- Participants must reside in Saudi Arabia.
- Participants must meet all the eligibility criteria required to join the program.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Talent Requirements:
- Participants must possess a talent within one of the following categories:
- Singer
- Songwriter/Composer
- DJ
- Producer/Sound Engineer
- Musician
- The talent must align with one of the following approved musical genres:
- Indie Arabic Pop
- Tarab
- Classical Arabic (Fusha)
- Saudi Pop
- Electronic Music Production
3. Video Submission:
- Applicants must submit a high-quality video showcasing their talent clearly.
- The video should be between 10 to 30 seconds long.
4. Rights of Organizers:
- The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
- The organizers have full rights to use the submitted videos and production materials for marketing and promoting the program.
5. Attendance Requirements:
- This is an in-person program, and participants must adhere to the specified time and location set by the organizers.
- Participants from outside Jeddah must travel to Jeddah at their own expense. The organizers hold no responsibility for travel costs.
Intellectual Property:
- The organizers hold all intellectual property rights to the content produced during the program, including:
- All musical and artistic works created
- Audio and visual recordings
- Participants cannot use any content from the program without prior written permission.
- Participants grant the organizers a perpetual, irrevocable license to use the submitted works.
Disclaimer:
- Participants acknowledge the following:
- The organizers are not liable for any injuries or personal harm.
- Participants bear full responsibility for their personal belongings.
- The organizers are not responsible for any losses due to force majeure.
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
Participation Rules:
- The organizers reserve the right to:
- Disqualify any participant who violates the code of conduct.
- Enforce confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
- Regulate media statements and social media posts.
Selection Process:
- The organizers have sole discretion over:
- Selecting participants based on their own criteria.
- Making final and non-contestable decisions of the judging panel.
- Disqualifying participants without giving any reasons.
- Amending selection criteria without prior notice.
Prizes and Opportunities:
- Participants acknowledge:
- No guaranteed outcomes or rewards from participation.
- Prizes may be withdrawn if terms are violated.
- Adherence to prize acceptance and usage terms.
- Participants who fill out the registration form will receive a confirmation email containing a 2-month Anghami Plus Trial Code. The Participants acknowledge and agree that each Participant will be asked to add valid payment details (credit or debit cards) while redeeming the said Trail Code. At the end of the 2-month access period, the Anghami Plus services shall be renewed automatically and the Participants shall pay the retail price as provided by Anghami and applicable to KSA, provided that the relevant Participant does not cancel the on-going membership before the ending of the period of its Trial Code.
Data Protection:
- Participants agree to:
- The collection and use of their personal data.
- Being photographed and filmed.
- The use of their images and recordings across all media platforms.
- The organizers retaining publishing and broadcasting rights.
Technical Requirements:
- Participants must:
- Adhere to the specified technical standards.
- Submit content at the required quality.
- Use approved formats and file types.
Termination Rights:
- The organizers reserve the right to:
- Terminate any participant’s involvement without explanation.
- Cancel or modify the program at any time.
- Determine the consequences of withdrawal.
Legal Framework:
- The program is governed by:
- The laws of Saudi Arabia.
- The jurisdiction of Jeddah courts.
- The dispute resolution mechanism set by the organizers.
- The independence of clauses (in case any clause is deemed invalid).
Time-Related Provisions:
- Participants must adhere to:
- The set deadlines.
- The program's schedule.
- Required notice periods.
- The official Saudi Arabia time zone.
General Provisions:
- The organizers have the right to:
- Interpret these terms and conditions.
- Add new terms and conditions or amend existing ones.
- Make final decisions in the event of any disputes.
- Determine official communication channels.
