If you’ve been charged for your Anghami Plus subscription but it hasn't been activated yet, don’t worry — here’s how to fix it based on your payment method.
🛒 If you subscribed via Apple Store or Google Play:

Check that the payment was successfully processed.
You can verify this through your purchase history on your Apple ID or Google account. -
Open the Anghami app.

Go to Settings > Subscription.

Tap “Restore Purchase.”
This will refresh your subscription status based on your app store receipt.

A screenshot of your Apple/Google receipt

Your User ID (found in Settings)
📱 If you subscribed via mobile credit:

Ensure the charge was deducted from your phone balance.

Make sure that the phone number used for the payment is linked to your Anghami account.
