Charged but Anghami Plus Not Activated? Here's What to Do

If you’ve been charged for your Anghami Plus subscription but it hasn't been activated yet, don’t worry — here’s how to fix it based on your payment method.


🛒 If you subscribed via Apple Store or Google Play:

  1. Check that the payment was successfully processed.
    You can verify this through your purchase history on your Apple ID or Google account.

  2. Open the Anghami app.

  3. Go to Settings > Subscription.

  4. Tap “Restore Purchase.”
    This will refresh your subscription status based on your app store receipt.

Still not working?
Send us:

  • A screenshot of your Apple/Google receipt

  • Your User ID (found in Settings)


📱 If you subscribed via mobile credit:

  1. Ensure the charge was deducted from your phone balance.

  2. Make sure that the phone number used for the payment is linked to your Anghami account.

❗ If your subscription still hasn’t activated, send us:

  • A screenshot of your payment confirmation or SMS

  • Your full phone number

  • Your User ID
