What should I do now that my operator has stopped my subscription?

Your mobile operator will attempt to deduct charges for Anghami Plus and renew your subscription within 48 hours of the renewal date. If there are insufficient credits, your subscription will be suspended, and your account will revert to the free version. To reactivate your subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Ensure you have sufficient credits
  • Cancel the suspended subscription
  • Resubscribe.
