After my operator has terminated my subscription, what are my next steps?

Your mobile operator will try to deduct Anghami Plus charges and renew your subscription within 48 hours of the renewal date, if you don't have enough credits, your subscription will be put on hold, and your account will switch back to the free version. To resume your subscription, please carry out the following steps:

  • Ensure you have sufficient credits
  • Cancel the suspended subscription
  • Resubscribe.
