Subscribed via PlayStation but it is not active in the Mobile app

If you subscribed to Anghami Plus via your PS4 but it is still not active in the Mobile app, follow the below instructions: 

  1. Ensure that you are logging in with the same account in the Mobile app. 
  2. Restore the last purchase from the PS4 app and logout and login again in the Mobile app. 

If these 2 steps did not work for you, contact us immediately by attaching a screenshot of the receipt you received after subscribing with your message.
