Account being used somewhere else
In case you receive a notification within the app indicating that your account is being accessed on another device, it is probable that you have logged in on a device different from your current one. All you need to do is select the device you are currently using.
A helpful tip to keep in mind is that if you wish to play music from one device to another, such as a web player, speaker, or TV, you must first select the second device and use the mobile app as a remote control.
If the other device does not belong to you
Have you logged in to your account using someone else's device? You can ask the device owner to log you out of your account or change your password for added security. This will log out all connected devices from your account.
For security purposes, it is not possible to use the same account on multiple devices simultaneously. Our security policy prohibits the sharing of account credentials with others, and if we detect different sessions from different devices, your account may be suspended.
If you have already changed your password but are still receiving messages indicating that someone else is using your account on another device, please contact us immediately through the app. We will ask for your details and provide assistance with your case.
