Account Logged in on Another Device

If you receive a message saying your account is being used on another device, it likely means you're signed in elsewhere.

✅ What to do

  • Select your current device when prompted.

  • If you're trying to stream music to a different device (like a TV or speaker), open the mobile app and use it as a remote.

🔒 If the device isn’t yours

  • Log out from that device if possible, or change your password. This will sign out all active sessions.

  • Do not share your account. Using the same account on multiple devices at the same time is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
