You canceled but still got charged?
If you were charged for Anghami Plus after canceling, follow these steps:

Check your subscription status from the app:

If it shows Free, the charge may be linked to another account. Double-check any other emails or logins you use.

If it still shows Anghami Plus, repeat the cancellation process and ensure you complete all steps until confirmation.

If you're subscribed through your mobile operator, follow their specific cancellation process or contact them directly.

You must cancel at least 2 days before renewal.

To cancel: Settings > Manage Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
