Troubleshooting Phone Number Login/Linking Issues

If you are trying to verify your phone number from the app settings and you could not find your operator or the screen has no operators at all, it means that your operator is yet not our partner or you are connecting from outside the MENA region which we don't have still any partnership with any operators.

  • If you believe that your operator is our partner already but it does not show in the operator list to continue adding your phone number, contact us directly from the app Settings / Help Center / Contact us to get all your details and check closely. 
  • If you are connecting from outside the MENA region but you need to link your phone number to your account, contact us directly from the app Settings / Help Center / Contact us and include your phone number in the international format (with country code) in your message and we'll be proceeding with your request. 
  • If your account is connected to a mobile number and you're outside the country, you can attempt to login via your linked email or Facebook account, if you can't use these alternative methods please contact us from the app Settings / Help Center / Contact us.
