By default, your Stories are set to automatic and each song you listen to will be posted in a story. To post your stories manually, you need to change the setting in your Profile and disable it. 

How to stop posting the stories automatically 

1. Go to settings > Privacy Settings 
2. Find Sharing / Auto-add Stories option 
3. Switch it to OFF to make it manual. 
4. Turn it ON if you wish to post automatically.
