If you see a message saying the App Store is unreachable when restoring your Anghami Plus subscription from Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchase, try the following steps:

Check your subscription status on your Apple account to confirm it’s active.

Visit Apple’s System Status page to check for service outages in your region.

Ensure you're connected to the internet — Wi-Fi or cellular.

If using cellular data, go to your iPhone Settings > Cellular, and make sure Cellular Data is enabled for Anghami.

Update iOS and Anghami to the latest versions.

Check your device’s date and time settings, and enable automatic time setting.
