Subscribed via Mobile credits and still not Plus? Link your phone number to activate it.
If you subscribed through your operator and still the subscription is inactive on your account, you need to link your phone number from the app settings to activate it. Follow the below steps:
- From the Mobile App> Go to Settings
- Tap on Verify phone number
- Enter the phone and wait a few seconds till we send you the verification code.
- Once you receive the code, input it and Tap on Verify.
- The subscription will activate automatically on your account.
if the subscription is still not activated after verifying your phone number, please log out and log in again to update your account settings. If still inactive, let us know immediately so we check your subscription's status for you and provide you with more details.
