My credit card is about to expire, what should I do?

Our billing system will attempt to charge the credit card on file if your subscription is set to automatically renew. If there are any issues that prevent auto-renewal from occurring, we will send you an email to inform you. Our system will make seven attempts to renew your subscription. If all seven attempts fail, your subscription will be canceled and your account will switch to FREE. 

To prevent this to happen, please update your details from the app settings > subscription > Manage subscription > Update credit card or from our website by accessing 

If you wish to change your payment method, please wait till your account switches to FREE and then opt into another payment method you want. Learn more about our other payment methods available for you from or from the app > Subscribe.
