My transaction is suspended for the next 24 hours. why?

We suspend your card is we failed to verify your Billing details! 

International credit card safety standards require us to run checks to protect you and to verify that you’re the authorized owner of the card.

In order to unblock the card, please contact us from the app from My Music / ? / Contact us or write to us at and provide the following: 

  • a photo of your government-issued ID that matches the name on the card
  • a photo of your card by hiding the last digits 

Once we've received these two forms of verification, we will review and unblock your card. This is typically resolved within one business day.
