Troubleshooting Anghami on Windows Desktop App

Having trouble with the Anghami desktop app? Follow these steps to solve most issues.


✅ Basic Troubleshooting:

  1. Fully close the app and reopen it

  2. Perform a soft reset (restart your computer)

  3. If the issue remains, perform a clean reinstall:

    • Uninstall the app

    • Go to your Local Disk (C:) > Users > [Your User Name] > AppData > Roaming > Anghami

    • Delete any Anghami folders or cached data

    • Reinstall the app again from anghami.com/download

  4. Update your Windows OS (if available)

  5. Try a different internet connection (if this works, restart your router)

  6. Ask a friend or family member to log in to their Anghami account on your PC

    • If it works for them, it may be an issue with your account

    • If not, it’s likely related to your device
