Yes you can. Note that updating your audio file will not affect your number of streams.
From My Library or My Uploads, find the song you wish to edit. Next to the song, click on “Replace Song” and upload the new file, then submit.

Note: Your new file should be free from any voiceover, advertising or branding. It should also be an MP3 file, 320 Kbps.
