To enjoy the full experience of the Anghami mobile app, certain permissions are required on your Android or iOS device. These permissions allow the app to function properly and give you access to key features.
Permissions are only requested when a specific feature requires them. If a new feature needs access, the app will prompt you the first time it’s used. You can manage or revoke permissions at any time by going to your device’s Settings > Anghami.
Here's what we ask for and why:

Camera: Needed for scanning QR codes to log in to other devices or redeem promo codes. Also used for setting up your profile picture or creating a Video Expression.

Contacts: Lets you invite friends to join Anghami and earn free Anghami Plus time.
