Cancellation - Google Play

It's regrettable to hear that you're considering cancellation! Prior to doing so, kindly let us know about your experience by contacting us at support@anghami.com. We're hopeful that we can address your concerns and resolve any issues you may be facing.

If you still want to cancel your subscription through Google Play, please follow the below steps:

1. Launch the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap Menu -> My Apps> Subscriptions
3. Press on Anghami Plus.
4. Tap CANCEL and yes to confirm.

By canceling your subscription, you will lose the below features:

• Downloading your favorite songs
• Listening to your downloaded songs without the internet
• Getting rid of Ads
• Viewing the song’s lyrics
• Benefiting from an unlimited number of skips
• No restrictions (Rewind /Scrub/ Repeat/ Play By Order)

Notes:

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle
- Uninstalling the app will NOT stop your subscription. To avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription using the process above.
