I think someone is using my account, what can I do?

If you think that someone else is using your account, the first step is to attempt resetting your password from the login screen in the app by hitting Forget your Password or from our website. 


  • If you are able do so, your account will be secure again. After receiving the reset password email, please choose a smart password and ensure to not share it with anyone you don't trust. 
  • If you aren’t able to access your account, please get in touch with us. Let us know your registered email address that you set-up while registering on Anghami so we take a look at what’s going on.
