I Think Someone Is Using My Account — What Can I Do?

If you believe someone is using your Anghami account without your permission, here's what to do:

  1. Reset Your Password Immediately
    Go to the login screen in the Anghami app or website and click on "Forgot your password?". Follow the steps to set a new, secure password.

  2. Choose a Strong Password
    Make sure your new password is difficult to guess. Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share it with anyone you don’t fully trust.

  3. Still Can't Access Your Account?
    If you’re unable to log in or reset your password, please contact us. Make sure to include the email address you used when registering your account so we can investigate and help you regain access.
