Restart your phone
Fully power it off, then turn it back on. -
Update the app
Go to Google Play Store and check for an update. You might be using an old version. -
Log out and log back in

Open Anghami

Go to Menu > Settings

Tap Sign Out, then sign in again

Free up storage space
Go toSettings > Storage
and make sure there's enough space available. -
Test your connection
Switch between WiFi, Mobile Data, and Airplane Mode, then try again. -
Clear app data (Your Likes & playlists stay safe. Downloads will be removed but can be restored)
