➥ Troubleshooting Anghami on Android

The steps below solve most issues with Anghami Android app. 

After every step we need you to test the app, it may resolve the issue that you are currently experiencing. 

1.  Completely shut off your device and turn it back on

2.  Check for an app update ; you might be using an old version. 

3.  Sign out and then back in:
     1. Run Anghami 
     2. Go to Anghami Menu> Settings
     3. Tap Sign Out 

4.  Ensure there is free space by checking Android Settings > Storage.

5.  Switch between WiFi, cell, & airplane mode.

6.  Clear Anghami app data. Your Likes and playlists are safe, but your downloaded songs will be removed. You can restore them easily by enabling the auto-downloads from Anghami Menu> Settings> Auto-downloads> ON

       1.  Tap Android Settings

       2.  Tap Applications
       3.  Tap Manage Applications
       4.  Tap Anghami 
       5.  Tap Clear Data

7.  Clear the Anghami app cache. Your Likes and playlists are safe, but your downloaded songs will be removed. You can restore them easily by enabling the auto-downloads from Anghami Menu> Settings> Auto-downloads> ON

      1.  Tap Android Settings
      2.  Tap Applications
      3.  Tap Manage Applications
      4.  Tap Anghami 
      5.  Tap Clear Cache

8. Uninstalling & reinstalling the app may fix your problem. Your Likes and playlists are safe, but your downloaded songs will be removed. You can restore them easily by enabling the auto-downloads from Anghami Menu> Settings> Auto-downloads> ON

        1.  Tap the phone's Menu button
        2.  Tap Settings
        3.  Tap Applications
        4.  Tap Manage Applications
        5.  Scroll to Anghami 
        6.  Tap Uninstall
