I’ve noticed an unauthorized payment on my card, what should I do?

If you notice an unauthorized payment to Anghami on your Credit Card, please check whether any of your accounts have an Anghami Plus subscription.

If they do not, then please contact us immediately and let us know:

  • The cardholder's full name 
  • The last four digits of the card’s number
  • The expiry date of this card

NOTE:

On rare occasions where we cannot trace the payment, we may require you to provide further details.
