1. Get crash logs using your computer
■ From Windows:
1. Sync your iPhone or iPad through iTunes. The crash log files will be synced to your computer.
2. Open Windows Explorer
3. Copy and paste the following into the address bar and press the Enter key:

4. Open the folder name of the device you’ve synced.
5. Select the most recent Anghami crash logs.
6. Attach the log file in your reply to us.
■ From Mac:
1. Sync your iPhone or iPad with iTunes. The crash log files will be synced to your computer.
2. Open a Finder window and select Go to Folder... from the Go menu (or press Shift-Command-G). A dialog box should appear.

2. Get crash logs using your iOS device
- On your iPhone, navigate to the Settings app
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Go to Analytics & improvements > Analytics Data
- Search and open the latest Anghami Logs
- Long-press to select all of the text and copy to your email to send it to us.
