How to Send Log Files to Anghami

If you're facing issues with the app, sending us log files helps our team investigate and fix the issue. Here's how to do it:


🔹 1. If You’re Logged In

  1. Open the Anghami app

  2. Go to My Music

  3. Tap on Settings > Contact Us

  4. Include as many details as possible about your issue

  5. Tap Send — this will automatically attach your log files


🔹 2. If You Can’t Log In

  1. On the login screen, tap Need Help? at the top

  2. Enter your name and a description of the issue

  3. Submit the form — your app log files will be sent to us
