There are several reasons why Sonos won't recognize your password:
- If you created your Anghami account using Facebook or Google+ you will need an Anghami password to connect with your Sonos device. To get a new Anghami password, please reset the old one and choose a new one. With your new Anghami password you should not have trouble connecting with Sonos.
- Your account is not subscribed to Anghami Plus. Your Sonos system will only be able to connect to Anghami if you have an active Anghami Plus subscription.
