➥ Troubleshooting Anghami on Sonos

There are several reasons why Sonos won't recognize your password:  

  1. If you created your Anghami account using Facebook or Google+ you will need an Anghami password to connect with your Sonos device. To get a new Anghami password, please reset the old one and choose a new one. With your new Anghami password you should not have trouble connecting with Sonos.
  2. Your account is not subscribed to Anghami Plus. Your Sonos system will only be able to connect to Anghami if you have an active Anghami Plus subscription.
